Required Skills / Experience / Competencies
· • Master’s degree in technical or business studies
• Minimum of 10+ years of working experience in IT application management roles for an international corporation
• Minimum of 5+ years of proven leadership skills of a large global team of multi-discipline managers and individual contributors
• Strong understanding of the business applications ecosystem
• Experience successfully leading large, complex projects and/or IT consulting/management roles
• Exceptional leadership and coaching skills¸ experience with disciplinary personnel responsibility
• Strong technical IT understanding and possible experience with agile implementations of digital solutions in the space of IoT, Big Data/ Analytics, Mobile Apps, AR and VR
• Ability to translate relevant business concepts to efficient system driven processes.
• Strong program/project management skills - demonstrated success in large project implementations
• Able to manage diversified teams located across the globe through project requirement, design, development, code/test case reviews, testing and deployment phases
• Experience working with top management to manage expectations and escalate issues/risks
• Experience with deep understanding of IT applications and technology
• Very strong collaboration, negotiation, and influence capability required
• Solid understanding of related technology such as cloud computing and IT security
• Ability to multitask under high stress & aggressive timelines in a matrix organization
• Ability to learn new collaboration technologies, processes and adaptable to changes in timelines and sequences
• Excellent business English writing and verbal communication skills
